SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
J'Uniq ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

RETURN
Certain items for hygienic purposes are not allowed to return. Other Items can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date with an approved RMA#.

The items must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. In addition please note that sizing can vary. Please consult our sizing chart on each product to ensure proper fitment. Returns are subject to inspection and approval before a refund is issued. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

REFUND
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
